The first therapeutic massage and bodywork session includes a history review, posture and flexibility check and some treatment. During the retreatment portion, Gail uses neuromuscular biofeedback testing to determine the session flow often combining techniques and prioritizing those areas that need to be addressed for future sessions to be successful.

We invite you to invest in this personalized session that combines a variety of manual, movement and psychological therapies making up a therapeutic massage and bodywork experience.  Alias "re/treatment".

- holistic approach addressing your many "pieces and parts"

- assistance with transforming pain, disease and related dysfunctions at your pace 
- recovery from impactful events ... new and old

Neuromuscular feedback testing helps outcomes by matching your updated history, special tests, some possible techniques and the therapist's expertise with your inner healing wisdom. This determines the session content and flow. Your input is appreciated.

Session flow:
You present your health-related wish, concern or challenge for the day.
Read and pick the techniques that you wish to experience ... perhaps with a little help.
Gail will then explain and perform them to the areas that are appropriate.

Sampler Menu Session

Arrange a class of 1-2 people. Understand the benefits of working with scars over 3-6 months old. Reduce pain, stiffness and fatigue. Improve circulation and sensation. Prevent new injuries/problems, be less affected by weather changes, feel better as old anesthesia is released ... The list goes on! Learn, practice and receive treatments. Includes EmpowerPoint slides, a handout and follow-up contact.

Bodywork Bash: Scar Release

Turn dis-stress into normal eu-stress. Valuable for the health pro and the public. Learn various concepts and tricks based on advances in pain/trauma resolution, human anatomy and hands-on therapeutic techniques. Experiential event for 1-2 people over 3 hours. Includes EmpowerPoint presentation, practice time and handouts. Fee may be split between participants.

Bodywork Bash:  Stress Appreciation

3 Full Sessions - within 14 Day Period, $60 each 
(Receive a $30 Reward upon Completion!)
-This intensive recognizes the importance of the brief and intense concept of "jump-starting" the healing process. 
- Useful for the early intervention of newer injuries or for a renewed commitment with chronic conditions.
